Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nauralitymobile application and related services (the “Services”) provided by Initi Solutions AB (“Initi Solutions”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to consent to data processing in your country. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. Activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

2. Licence to use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App or its content except as permitted by law.

3. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

Naurality may offer auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:

• Pricing. The price, currency and billing period of each subscription plan are shown clearly in the App and on Google Play before you confirm your purchase. The price displayed at the point of purchase is the price that applies.
• Billing period. Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually, as shown at purchase). Payment is charged to your Google Play account on confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your Google Play account is charged for the renewal, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• How to cancel. You can cancel at any time from Google Play: open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Naurality → Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts into a paid, auto-renewing subscription at the disclosed price.
• Refunds.Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google’s refund policies. We do not separately process payments and generally cannot issue refunds directly.
• Price changes. If we change subscription prices, we will give notice as required and, where required, ask for your consent before a renewal at the new price.

4. Third-party app store billing

Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Google Play Store, and your purchase is also subject to Google Play’s terms. Google, as the billing party, is responsible for payment processing, and any billing disputes may need to be handled through Google Play.

5. Intellectual property

The App and all of its content — including the audio assets, narration, soundscapes, software, text, designs and trademarks — are owned by Initi Solutions AB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your licence to use the Services does not transfer any ownership. You may not extract, redistribute or create derivative works from our audio assets.

6. Your content

The custom mixes and settings you create remain associated with your account. You are responsible for the choices you make in building them and for using the Services in line with these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose;
• interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or their infrastructure;
• submit content that is illegal, infringing or that violates the rights of others;
• circumvent, disable or tamper with security or subscription features.

8. Disclaimers

Naurality is a wellbeing and relaxation product. It is not a medical deviceand does not provide medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Initi Solutions AB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time via the App or our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services unlawfully.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
