Billing & subscriptions
How much does a subscription cost?
The exact price, currency and billing period are always shown in the App and on Google Play before you confirm a purchase. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your Google Play account is charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Will I be charged after a free trial?
If you start a free trial and don’t cancel before it ends, it converts into a paid, auto-renewing subscription at the disclosed price. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid a charge.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Google Play and follow Google’s refund policy. Because we don’t process payments directly, refund requests usually go through Google Play. You can also email contact@initisolutions.com and we’ll help where we can.
Cancelling
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Naurality → Cancel subscription.
What happens to my access after I cancel?
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep premium access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then the App returns to the free experience.
Privacy & your data
What data does Naurality collect?
Your email and profile (for your account), your saved mixes and preferences, purchase history, and limited technical data such as crash logs. Our Privacy Policy explains everything in detail.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from within the App’s settings, or use our account deletion page if you’ve already uninstalled the App. We erase your account data and saved mixes under GDPR Article 17.
Where is my data stored?
Some of our providers process data on servers in the United States. When data leaves the EEA we protect it using Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in our Privacy Policy.
