How we handle your personal data in Naurality and on this website.

This Privacy Policy explains how Initi Solutions AB (“Initi Solutions”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use the Nauralitymobile application (the “App”) and the initisolutions.comwebsite (together, the “Services”). We are committed to processing your data lawfully, fairly and transparently in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are — Data Controller

Initi Solutions AB is a aktiebolag (swedish limited company) registered in Sweden (organisation number 559535-0363) and is the data controller responsible for your personal data under the GDPR. This means we decide why and how your personal data is processed.

2. Data we collect

Account & authentication data

When you create an account we collect your email address and the credentials needed to sign you in, along with basic profile information you provide. Authentication and account storage are provided on our behalf by Supabase.

Purchase & subscription data

If you buy a subscription we process purchase history and subscription status — for example which plan you hold and whether it is active. This is handled through RevenueCat and Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; payment is processed by Google.

Content & usage data

To provide the core experience we process the custom audio mixes you create and save, your preferences and settings, and app usage data about how features are used so we can make the App work and improve it.

Narration audio

Some of Naurality’s guided narration is produced using ElevenLabs, a third-party audio provider. No user-provided text or personal data is sent to ElevenLabs — narration is generated from our own scripts, not from anything you submit.

Technical & analytics data

We collect limited background technical data used strictly to keep the Services stable and to optimise them, including device identifiers, crash logs and diagnostics, and an approximate, IP-inferred location (typically country or region level). We do not use this data to identify you personally.

3. Why we use your data & legal bases

  • To provide the Services — creating your account, saving your mixes, generating narration and syncing preferences. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • To process purchases — activating and managing your subscription. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • To keep the Services secure and reliable — diagnosing crashes, preventing abuse and fraud. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
  • To improve the Services — understanding which features are used so we can refine them. Legal basis: our legitimate interests, or your consent where required.
  • To comply with the law — meeting accounting, tax and legal obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (“processors”) who process it on our behalf and under contract:

  • Supabase — authentication, account profiles and saved audio mixes.
  • RevenueCat — subscription management and purchase validation.
  • Google Play Billing — processing of in-app subscriptions and payments.
  • ElevenLabs— producing the app’s guided narration audio. No user-provided text or personal data is sent to ElevenLabs.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

5. International data transfers

Some of our providers process data on servers located in the United Statesand other countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we safeguard it using the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional measures where appropriate, so that your data continues to benefit from an adequate level of protection.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Account and content data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase or anonymise your personal data, except where we must retain limited records (for example purchase records) to meet legal obligations.

7. Your rights under the GDPR

Because you are in scope of the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Object — object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including certain analytics.
  • Erasure— have your personal data deleted (“right to be forgotten”) under Article 17.

You also have the right to restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any right, email contact@initisolutions.com or use our account deletion page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; in Sweden this is the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

8. Deleting your account

You can request deletion of your account and associated data — such as your saved mixes — at any time, either from within the App’s settings or via our web form at initisolutions.com/delete-account. See that page for exactly what is removed and what may be retained.

9. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children who are below the age of digital consent in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from such children.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls at our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
